Busy week for the twitter folks. While no major bombshells, you can see their gradual evolution taking shape. Here are some notes from the past week:
- They no longer care "what you're doing", but now wonder "What's happening?". Moving away from personal status.
- Going geo-loco. Yes, the world is going crazy for location based information. Now I'll know where you are when you're boring me.
- And here come the ads. But they're cool right? Much like french horn players, ads are incapable of being cool.
- Along with that announcement, was verification commercial accounts are on their way.
